AVAC is in charge of Victory Corner and Star Group Veterans Helping Veterans has been awarded the privilege to maintain Victory Corner for November and December.
It is truly an Honor to be able to decorate this Monument for the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.

The “Victory Corner“ monument was placed at the corner of the West Fort Hood entrance and Texas Highway 190, to commemorate the Citizens who gather at the corner all hours of the day and night to Welcome Home the 26,000 soldiers returning from Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
